Taking Supplements But Not Seeing Results? Think Absorption! (Current Trail of Thought)

I used to base my healing on aggressive supplementation, but lately I’ve shifted my focus to improving absorption and getting as many nutrients as possible from real foods or supplements very close to real foods, such as beef liver, bee pollen, and cod liver oil. I also discovered Morley Robbins and his wonderful Facebook group called “Magnesium Advocady Group” which allowed me to connect even more dots in my healing journey.
