The Miraculous Power of Routine

Building routines is the fastest way to more mindfulness and life satisfaction, especially if you’re a Vata. By nature, I hate routines and normally do everything I can to jeopardise any kind of schedule, repetitive tasks, and rituals. But the truth is they are exactly what gives me more stability and balance in life. Routine is very healing and balancing for our bodies and minds.
