Hi guys! Today I’m going to share with you 10 tips that have helped me to successfully start and stick to a workout routine. I’ve been doing it for 3 months now and I’m never going to stop: it simply feels too good! Remember I said I really wanted to start doing yoga for my thyroid and energy levels?
