I thought it would be a great idea to share with you the 7 promises I made to myself for 2014. The most important goal is to re-mineralize my teeth. But then there are others – most of them will make my life more primal and will make me healthier, and one will hopefully make YOU happy as well! :-) Curious?

By sharing my promises with you, I’m hoping that I’ll be more motivated to stick to them, and I hope I can inspire you as well!

I really don’t like calling them resolutions. I bet you don’t either! Resolutions are always so dramatic and don’t last beyond January. Some call them changes, plans, projects… I call them promises! Simply because I don’t like breaking promises.

Moreover, I’m sharing them with you, so that technically means that I’m promising those things to you. I wouldn’t want to let you down by breaking my promises!

  1. Darling girl, I love it…how do you make bone broth? It sounds tasty and I know that I need to drink it..also what does it do exactly to your teeth?

    Walking…well I just moved to a new neighborhood with a very tiny yard so I got to walk my dog every day..so making that a must and going to do it am and pm..a total of 1 hour a day. Met a neighbor with a St Bernard dog and showed her how to work with him after 2 min of meeting the dog. The entire neighborhood is shocked that I have no fear of big dogs..so made one new friend in the neighborhood and maybe we can walk our dogs together.

    Tips for getting up early..go to bed early…then u just wake up. And once u start going to bed early…it gets easier.

    My man is pure Indian, a carb lover and I am going to start giving him wheat substitutes and get him off wheat and then maybe onto a more primal diet.

    • Joy, I’m so happy you’re enjoying your life with your new man! Every time I think of you , I get such a warm happy feeling. You’re such an inspiration for me! There will be a video and blog post next week about bone broth. I’ll show everyone how to make it. It’s good for your teeth because it’s full of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. All the minerals that are necessary for bone formation.

      Taking a dog out for a walk is such a great way to motivate yourself. I’m also thinking of getting a dog. Now that we have a car, we usually go to buy food by car. And I don’t like walking without any aim, so I need to think how to motivate myself better.

      So far I’ve been failing miserably at going to bed early. Too much to do! But from tonight I’m starting it.
