Watch Part 1 about Estrogen Dominance symptoms, causes, and how to test for it.

My recommendations for the things I talked about in the video:
Vitex (Chasteberry)
Milk thistle seed extract
Dandelion Root  or just make a tea out of it
♥ Also Natural Factors Liv-Gall Cleanse is great
EstroSense (contains DIM and other liver cleansing and estrogen metabolism improving ingredients)
♥ A cheaper option of DIM
Natural progesterone cream

  1. Ok, thanks so much for these post..got a question. I got the Vitrex, the estrogen cream and the cheaper DIM. DO I take them all at once? Or just one..or 2? How do I test the best way to take these for the best benefits? I don’t have a lot of time doing ton of research…so..please let me know the best way to take them…or the best way to test myself to learn the best way to take them for me.

Love what your sharing and how your glowing in your pics.

    • Hello Joy! Have you had your estradiol and progesterone levels checked? I don’t remember if you’ve told me. It would be really handy to know what’s going on with the hormones before trying to fix them. DIM is really good if estrogen is high, but can do more harm than good if estrogen is on the lower side. If I were you, I would start from Vitex first and give it at least 6 months because that’s how long it can take to start seeing results. If no relief after those 6 months, then adding the progesterone cream would be my next step. If a blood test shows that your estrogen is high, then DIM is a great addition, too. But please check your hormones either with a blood test or a saliva test. You can order both by yourself privately. <3
