4 Ways to Test for Adrenal Fatigue At Home – Adrenal Series #3

Testing saliva cortisol levels can be expensive and even unavailable in some countries, so in today’s video I’m sharing four ways to test for Adrenal Fatigue at home. For free! It’s best if you do all of the tests one by one, but even just doing one or two might already give you some data to work with. If all the tests are positive, it’s a very strong indication of Adrenal Fatigue.

The four at-home Adrenal Fatigue tests I talk about in this video are:

  • Pupil Contraction Test – when you have Adrenal Fatigue, your muscles, including eye muscles, will be weaker. Weakened iris muscle won’t be able to hold the pupil contracted for a long time when exposed to bright light.
  • Postural Hypotension – if you have Adrenal Fatigue, your blood pressure will go down instead of going up when you stand up from a lying down position.
  • Sergent’s White Line – if you draw a line with your nail or any other slightly sharp object on your inner arm or belly, it should become red almost instantly. If you have Adrenal Fatigue, it will stay white and will even expand as the time goes.
  • Dr Rind’s Temperature Charting – temperature will fluctuate more in someone with Adrenal Fatigue.

Here’s the video:

You can download a blank Dr Rind’s chart here.

Just a few months ago, I tested positive for all four tests. Right now, I’m passing all of them with flying colours, so don’t get discouraged by the results. Healing is very real and it doesn’t even take long.

Hope you find this information helpful and if you know anyone who is suffering from adrenal issues, please share this video with them. You never know, you might save somebody’s life. Thanks so much for watching!
