Healthiest Oils for Cooking (incl. Frying) + What I Personally Use

There are so many oils that are safe for cooking, but unfortunately there is so much misinformation as well. So many of us still believe that extra virgin olive isn’t suitable for high temperature cooking, when in fact the reality is completely opposite.

If you still think that coconut oil is the only one and the best choice for frying and other methods of cooking food, you really need to hear this information.
