DIY Weight Loss Drink (Regulate Blood Sugar, Kidney Function, and Digestion)

Bikini season is round the corner, and this little drink is one of my favorite secret tools. It has only two ingredients (bay leaves and cinnamon). It’s super easy to make. But most importantly, it helps me feel so much better overall.

You’ll feel and look leaner, your digestion will work better, you’ll be more energetic, and your skin will glow more if you incorporate this drink into your morning routine.

We had to make a very difficult decision today, so I’m not in the best of moods. All I know is that everybody will be happier this way, but it still makes me sad. I’ll tell you all about it in a video some day soon.

    • Hi Gagi, thanks! 🙂 I’ve never tried to reuse it, but I think you should definitely be able to reuse it once. Maybe even twice. You just need to try it out and see if it’s still strong enough. xx
