Adrenal Fatigue: Stages and Symptoms

Adrenal Fatigue is truly a 21st century stress syndrome, and it doesn’t matter if the term is accepted by traditional medicine or not. The fact is that a lot of people, especially women, have either high or low cortisol, and aren’t even aware until more “serious” disorders arise eventually.

Adrenal issues are extremely common and should definitely be talked about more often. I’d like to spread the awareness about adrenal fatigue with this little video series.

Here’s what I talk about in this video:
1. Adrenal glands and their functions
2. What Adrenal Fatigue means and the controversy around it
3. Does it always start out off the blue?
4. How to diagnose Adrenal Fatigue
5. Stages of Adrenal Fatigue

In the next videos in this series, I’m going to talk about causes of Adrenal Fatigue (some of them will be very surprising), raising low cortisol, best adaptogenic herbs for stress and Adrenal Fatigue, and the curious connection between high cortisol, estrogen dominance, hypothyroidism, and histamine intolerance. Stay tuned if you’re interested in this topic!

The best source to learn more about Adrenal Fatigue is a brilliant book by Dr Wilson called “Adrenal Fatigue: 21st Century Stress Syndrome” by Dr Wilson,
